Proactive Marketing is the foundation of my business philosophy. Traditional Realtors have a "let's see what happens" attitude and depend solely on The Multiple Listing Service to sell their listings or provide homes to show their buyers. Proactive Marketing is based on the principle of "let's make it happen!" Whether working with buyers or sellers, I will seek to create opportunities for my clients. Just a note to thank you and Coldwell Banker Burnet for the outstanding service in the sale of our home. Your pre-listing advice was well reasoned and presented. We especially appreciated your writing talents and the use of Craigslist and other websites to expose our house to the most number of buyers. We had multiple offers (twice) and eventually sold the home for more than our asking price.
